Last Night, I was about to go home after a research paper writing night out with my classmates when I got this simple ad that encourages people to learn fire dancing. I was so excited that I called up and reserve a slot. I arrived early at the dance studio where I met our instructor Jade. We first do warm up exercises and Jade allowed us to work with the poi. She taught us basic moves like twirling and juggling. Next week was the most exciting part and that includes the real fire on my poi. I am just so excited to do more advanced moves and maybe perform in an audience.
